Important Safety Information: Tadalafil

Common effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, back pain, and nasal congestion. Tadalafil must never be combined with nitrates. The drop in blood pressure can be dangerous, and at least 48 hours must pass between tadalafil and any nitrate if one becomes medically necessary. Caution with alpha-blockers and antihypertensives. Seek immediate care for an erection lasting more than four hours, or for sudden vision or hearing loss.
