Common effects include injection-site redness or itching, flushing, headache, and dizziness. Nasal use may cause irritation. Growth hormone secretagogues aren't appropriate for anyone with an active malignancy. Blood glucose and thyroid function should be monitored. Compounded sermorelin is not itself FDA-approved.
