B12, based on what your panel shows.
Used where bloodwork confirms a B12 deficiency. Two formulations, prescribed after testing rather than assumed.
Priced after your physician visit. You are not charged until your protocol is approved.
Pricing shown is per vial and is subject to change. Final pricing is not guaranteed and depends on the prescription your physician writes, including strength, vial size and quantity. These medications will only be prescribed if clinically indicated and are not used for enhancement or recreational purposes. euVita Medical may include compounded products that have not been approved by the FDA. The FDA does not verify the safety or effectiveness of compounded medications. Our providers may prescribe medications off label from their originally intended use.

Important Safety Information
Injections may cause injection-site pain, redness, or swelling. Less commonly, diarrhea, itching, or allergic reaction. MIC components are reviewed against kidney and liver function. Correcting a significant B12 deficiency can lower potassium sharply enough to require monitoring and replacement in the first 48 hours. FDA labeling for cyanocobalamin injection links this to a risk of sudden death in severe, intensely treated megaloblastic anemia.
What B12 and B12 + MIC are.
B12 injections are used where bloodwork shows a deficiency. Deficiency is measurable, which is exactly why we test before supplementing rather than after.
The MIC formulation adds methionine, inositol and choline alongside the B12, and is usually considered as part of a wider metabolic protocol.
How it works.
Three steps. Everything after that is adjustment.
Complete your panel
Book your draw at a lab near you. We look at 70+ biomarkers across five systems, not one line at a time.
Meet your physician
A licensed physician reads your results with you and decides whether this is right for you, and at what dose.
Start your protocol
Your protocol ships. Your markers are re-read so it can be adjusted rather than refilled by default.
This might sound familiar.
-
You have been taking B12 for a while without ever testing your level.
-
You want to know where your level actually sits before adding anything.
-
You are on a metabolic protocol and working out what fits alongside it.
Available in two formulations.
Both are the same protocol. Your physician recommends the one that fits you.
B12
B12 on its own.
B12 + MIC
B12 blended with methionine, inositol and choline.
Who a physician can prescribe this to.
A licensed physician confirms every line before anything is prescribed. Adding this to your cart does not start a prescription.
Where your journey starts.
Every eūvita protocol begins with your bloodwork and a physician who reads it with you. The four steps below run behind every eūvita membership.
Know your baseline
Your comprehensive panel, read by a physician who has your history in front of them
Build your blueprint
A protocol set from your own results, not the starting point everyone gets
Live your plan
With whole health membership, your physician, dietitian and certified coach all work from that same panel
Keep it current
Your markers re-read and the plan adjusted, rather than refilled by default
The medication works better inside a plan.
A prescription on its own is one input. Whole health membership is what surrounds it: quarterly physician visits, always-on chat, your panel re-drawn twice a year, and a registered dietitian and certified trainer working from those same results.
It is $499 a month on a three month minimum, and your eūvita Core initiation rolls into your first month if you join at your visit.
Have questions? We have answers.
That depends on your levels and on whether you absorb B12 well, both of which your panel and physician review address. Some people absorb oral B12 adequately and some don't.
Methionine, inositol, and choline: three compounds involved in fat metabolism in the liver, formulated alongside B12.
Your physician recommends one based on your panel and what else is in your protocol.
Start with your baseline.
Your panel and your physician visit come first. Everything else follows from what they show.
